| Paul Zaul wrote about the Bioluminescent Bay in La Paguera, Southern Puerto Rico over 35 years ago. La Paguera is still known today as a Phosphorescent Bay as it is referred to in the magazine even though there are no Phosphorescence. However tests now show that because of pollution the bay only glows 1/10 of its original strength. |
